Process After the deadline, the Grants and Awards Committee will reach out to the nominated students and ask them to submit a brief personal statement to help the committee understand and evaluate their work. After all personal statements are received, the committee will meet to deliberate and select the awardees. Awardees will be notified and receive their award by the end of the spring semester.
