Ladies and gentlemen, the GSA Speaker Committee cordially invites you to the next installment of the Graduate Student Speaker Series, to be held on Tuesday, December 13th in Baker 408 at 12:30. Ben Ballerstein, MPS, will present his capstone project: "Collective Footprints: Sustainability in Collective Housing." The project culminated in a documentary which Ben will discuss and show. Please join us by taking a break from studying for finals to enjoy this presentation. Refreshments will be provided.

The application deadline for fall travel grants is Tuesday, November 15th. These reimbursement grants are meant to help students cover the cost of travel and accommodations for presenting at a professional conference. Only students who are presenting will be considered for this award, and funds can be used to cover travel between October 1-March 31 2011. Students can receive a maximum of $200 once per academic year and winners of the Fall 2011 travel grants are not eligible for the Spring 2012 travel grants.
